Leadership Consultant Jim Shipley über Erkenntnisse der Neurowissenschaft und ihre Bedeutung für Führung. Interessante Punkte:1: Gedanken, Gefühle und Bewusstsein entspringen alle demselben neuronalen Mechanismus – eine Trennung von emotionalen und rationalen Aspekten der Führung macht daher wenig Sinn.2: Es gibt neben dem Erfahrungs-Selbst auch ein hochsubjektives Erinnerungs-Selbst, das Objektivität vortäuscht – Führungskräfte können demnach zu besseren, holistischeren Entscheidungen gelangen, wenn sie lernen, mehr im Jetzt zu sein und nicht so sehr aus ihrer Erinnerung heraus zu interpretieren. Netter Text, allerdings predigt er auch die fragwürdige These von der unterschiedlichen Ausrichtung der linken und der rechten Gehirnhälfte.

Interesting article... I have some smaller reserve though... the most importatnt is that as far as I know the left and right hemisphere is toda rather a metaphora than a physical reality (when one of them is hurt, the other more or less takes over without problem its functionality) but if we take it as it is - a strong metaphorb - the sens of the argunment is as good as it would be a physical reality...
